I didn't start out as a coach. I started as a founder who kept saying yes to everything, building systems in my head instead of in my business, and wondering why growth felt like it required me to give up more and more of my life.
I've run multiple businesses at once. I know what it means to be the smartest, hardest-working person in the room — and to realize that's actually the problem.
At some point I had to ask myself: am I building a business, or am I just building a very expensive job?
That question changed everything. Not because I had a perfect answer, but because I finally stopped pretending it wasn't the right question.
Now I help other founders ask it earlier — and build something different on the other side.

Before I coached entrepreneurs, I spent over a decade immersed in human behavior and systems. I hold a doctorate, trained in psychology, and spent 10+ years in healthcare helping people navigate complex, high-stakes decisions.
I’ve taught at the graduate level, spoken at national conferences, and led transformational programs long before stepping into the coaching space. And what I know for sure? Strategy is only sustainable when it's grounded in identity, nervous system capacity, and emotional intelligence.
